I developed a 15-part course for onboarding call center workers using Coursera’s LMS. I developed a competency exam for the certification part of the course. The exam was over 100 questions and developed specifically to test learning objectives and to prevent use of cheating software.
– Role: Technical Writer
I developed the data that was fed to Watson using my skills in natural language processing and technical articles written by the me and other members of the team at Knowledge Accelerators. I dissected and organized knowledge article titles by parts of speech. Queries that a real person might make were assigned to these articles so Watson would know what to recall when questions were asked.
Documentation for iOS 11:

I researched for and wrote hundreds of training articles and skill tracks for features relating to the release of iOS 11. The topics of these articles ranged from “Adding Reactions to Text Messages” and “Creating Calendar Events” to “Downloading Apps” and “Signing Into Your Email Account.”

I wrote knowledge articles to instruct Claro users on changing the narrator’s voice, changing the font, changing screen contrast and the tool Scan from Screen.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Environment Consulting:

I assisted these entities with setting up their Microsoft D365 environment and transferring tasks into the environment.
